Each of Shelia Thompson's Garden and Decorative metal art pieces begins as a pencil drawing by . Then she draws the art on a computer and refines them.

Shelia says, "Each design has to go through a series of processes so that everything will cut out as designed. It is not as simple as just drawing something. There are all kinds of factors that make a good design." She continues, "Once I see the finished design I want, then it is programmed into the plasma laser cutter."

Each piece is cut from first quality, 11-gauge steel. But first the steel sheets are cleaned by sand blasting them to remove any rust.

Once the piece is cut and approved, it is then cleaned again by hand. This gets it ready for the powder coater. This final finish provides rust resistance outdoors. These custom Shelia's art pieces can be used to decorate your garden, outside rooms or as accents inside your home.
