This is a three piece set. The larger house is decorated for Christmas with Santa in his sleigh on the roof. The second piece is a USC Snowman family. The third piece is an SUV in USC colors showing their spirit. The back of the piece has a customized version of A USC Christmas done to "Twas the Night Before Christmas." This is a very popular piece among Shelia's collectors who favor USC.
