Upon investigation, no one is ever found in the building! The house was occupied by Zoe Amand and her sister Liz. The two women never married and were lifelong companions until Liz's death in 1945. Zoe remained in the house for several years where she spent her time staring out the upstairs windows, and forlornly calling out her sisters name. Zoe died in 1954. In 1976, the house became Poogan's Porch. Several employees and guests experience first hand the hauntings of Zoe Amand."
